Where can I find a good voice/singing teacher?

I am 16 years old. I would really like to earn how to sing, but I am
unsure of where to look for a good teacher that won't cost an arm and
a leg. I haven't been able to find much through my school. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
